Everybody poops. That’s what the famous kids’ book says. But what it doesn’t cover is that not everyone poops the same.
For some, it’s a downright miserable experience, for a variety of reasons. Discomfort, lots of waiting, and other kinds of unpleasantness are all-too-common occurrences for many.
For some, it means having to go all the time, while others find themselves backed up for days.
And not only are these issues uncomfortable and frustrating, but they’re also embarrassing to talk about, and can make social situations stressful.
But don’t worry. Why? Because everybody poops — and everyone, at some point, has had trouble with their poops. Just like passing gas, it’s something we can all relate to. No shame here!
Having an uncomfortable or even painful poo, though, can really put a damper on things.
There’s good news, though. You can make things go a little more smoothly with a few simple adjustments to your diet and habits. And no, you don’t have to switch your diet up that drastically.
